Yu-PickAuto fully cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: fraud and other rights, to help protect you and Yu-PickAuto. Therefore, you hereby AGREE TO RELEASE yu-pick.com, its employees and officers, its affiliates, associates, business partners, subsidiaries from any and all

liability arising from those aforementioned events. Additionally, you hereby AGREE NOT TO CLAIM any and all damages stemming from aforementioned events, including, but not limited to consequential, punitive, direct or indirect.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Minor changes with little consequences will take effect immediately while major changes will come into effect 30 days from publishing. An email will also be sent to notify you on the changes.

If an update to this privacy policy reduces the strength your privacy right, you can choose not to accept it and terminate your use of our site and services and stop purchasing products from our site before the new policy takes effect.
